SAFE-UP’s 2nd General Assembly: a recap
The SAFE-UP consortium participated in its second General Assembly (GA) last week (30th November-1st December), which had to be held virtually. Despite the natural limitations, the partners were able to engage in fruitful discussions, particularly during the two workshops on WP2 (FSCS - Future Safety-Critical Scenarios), and the demonstrators.
Maximising results of novel road safety research
On Thursday November 12th, The SAFE-UP consortium kicked-off a new series of knowledge transfer webinars with fellow R&D&I projects OSCCAR and HEADSTART.
Expert panel session: “Safety in an evolving road mobility environment”
As part of the SAFE-UP project kick-off meeting, the consortium organised a panel discussion titled ‘Safety in an evolving road mobility environment’. The session gathered experts from multiple European organisations working to make our roads and streets safer via different approaches. This multi-actor approach is at the core of SAFE-UP’s ambition to work towards proactively protecting people inside and outside of the vehicle.
